BBC Sort Your Life Out viewers ‘struggling to find sympathy’ as they’re left ‘disgusted’ by ‘filthy’ family

BBC Sort Your Life Out viewers were left “struggling” to connect with the latest family to receive help from Stacey Solomon and slammed their “filthy” home.

During tonight’s latest episode, Solomon and her team helped the Noel family declutter and transform their three-bedroom home in east London to help give them the fresh start they’ve been dreaming of.

As they packed all their possessions into boxes to be displayed in a warehouse, the family discovered just how much they own including 49 make-up brushes, 213 CDs and 552 books.

Meeting the family, Solomon noted: “I am going to say this – I feel that we’ve come just in the nick of time.

“What we usually say is you have to let go of up to 50 per cent of what’s in the house to be able to make your home work for you. How do you feel about that?”

Giving each other worried looks, Dee noted: “I’m scared, but I’m willing to give it a really good go. Like, we need this so.”

The family soon went inside and began packing up the house with things they would need whilst it was being sorted.

The team also got to work with packing the rest of the house up which would be taken to their famous warehouse to be sorted for the Noel family to begin to decide what they wanted to keep.

However, fans of the show were quickly realising they were left unable to sympathise with the family and took to their X account to slam the family’s “laziness”.

One noted: “Struggling to find any sympathy for this family. They don’t seem deserving of this help. They could easily set aside a couple of weekends aside and do this by themselves.”

Christ! That’s not just cluttered, it’s messy and dirty,” another added before a third echoed: “This looks like a family with more than enough space but just cba tidying.”

Someone else added: “This is not the typical house they don’t need to empty it. They just need to tidy up!”

Ugh, what a disgusting filthy mess to have small children in! Who the hell just leaves food on the stove like that?! They knew the TV cameras were coming today, right?” a fifth penned.

Another annoyed viewer quipped: “There’s no excuse for leaving that kitchen like that.” (sic)

After a week of hard graft for the team, it was time for the Noel family to return to their new home and were left stunned by Solomon’s work.

Dee broke down in tears when she saw her daughter’s room and expressed: “I just feel so, like, just overwhelmed with just…

“I just feel so grateful for everything you’ve done for us. And everything that I do with Zora is, like, how I would have felt if I was a little girl, and I had this… you know, these experiences.

“I so much, I just want the kids just to really enjoy their childhood and to be happy. And I know if I had something like this as a child, I would be so happy as well.”

Soloman replied: “I am so happy for you and I’m so glad that you get this opportunity. I am so excited for Zora. And I am so glad that you get to live it with her.”
