Channel 4 Gogglebox star shares moving wedding snaps after quitting the show for politics career

One of the original and best-known Gogglebox stars, Josh Tapper, has revealed he has married his girlfriend of nine years.

Tapper, 27, appeared on the Channel 4 favourite alongside his parents and sister Amy, who has also built up a separate social media following through her candid weight loss journey since leaving the show.

Tapper quit the series in 2017 after being among the original Gogglebox cast, appearing in the first episodes back in 2013.

He and the family decided to move on from the show after Tapper landed a prestigious job at the Cabinet Office.

News of the reality star’s wedding was made public by sister Amy, who shared a series of snaps and clips from the big day to her social media.

The 25-year-old wrote: “The New Mr and Mrs Tapper! No words to describe this incredible day from start to finish…

“I’d say welcome to the family @hannahtapper_ but you’ve been apart of it for 9 years now… this just means officially forever.

“I love you both more than words will ever describe @joshtapper.”
