Brooklyn Beckham, 26, ditches UK life for good as he ‘purchases £11m LA mansion amid growing family rift’

Brooklyn Beckham is believed to have officially put down roots in the US after purchasing a £10.5million mansion in Hollywood with wife Nicola Peltz, a move insiders say could further strain his relationship with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.

The 26-year-old influencer and the 30-year-old actress sealed the deal on the luxury property last week after years of renting.

The purchase cements their permanent move to Los Angeles, some 5,500 miles from their family base in London, and signals no signs of a return to the UK.

A source claimed: “Brooklyn’s wife is American, as are her family, whom he adores, and he feels his life now is Stateside.

“As an influencer, he can work from anywhere, but Brooklyn believes he has more opportunities in LA. It will be a dagger to the heart for his parents.

“Until now, the couple have always been renting so there was hope his relocation wouldn’t be permanent. This house purchase quashes any last hopes,” the source said to The Sun.

The property, nestled in the Hollywood Hills, boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity pool, a state-of-the-art cinema, and a private gym.

While Brooklyn is setting up a new life in the US, his dad , now officially Sir David, was recently seen enjoying a low-key lunch with his mother Sandra and sister Jo at a traditional East End pie and mash shop.

The former England captain revealed his mum was brought to tears when she heard he was to receive a knighthood, and cried again during their meal.

The news of Brooklyn’s property purchase comes shortly after he appeared to snub his dad on Father’s Day.

While David proudly posted pictures of his eldest son on Instagram to mark the occasion, Brooklyn remained silent in response.

It’s believed the father and son have not spoken since David’s milestone 50th birthday in early May.

Speculation continues to swirl around the influence of Brooklyn’s wife, Nicola, in the family dynamics.

She has been accused of creating distance between Brooklyn and his parents, with one insider claiming she’s “effectively holding him hostage.”

However, Brooklyn is reportedly placing the blame elsewhere, allegedly pointing the finger at younger brother Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull.

In response, Kim broke her silence this week following her split from Romeo. Denying any inappropriate history with Brooklyn, she posted online:

“I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however, it’s come to the point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on,” she wrote.

“I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.”

She continued: “I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question.

“Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16.”

Romeo appeared to back his ex, posting a message on his own story which read: “Be nice to people and don’t tell unnecessary lies.”
