Romeo Beckham proves bond with sister Harper stronger than ever amid Brooklyn feud as he delivers touching update

The three youngest Beckham siblings have proven their relationship is unbreakable thanks to a new update from 22-year-old Romeo.

After publicly turning their backs on their older brother, Brooklyn, Romeo shared snaps of him and the youngest Beckham sibling Harper, 14, having fun during a night out with friends.

Just days after Brooklyn reached out to his sister on Instagram for her birthday in a rare olive branch to his family, Romeo shared a series of snaps of him enjoying downtime with his younger sibling while his older brother remains notably absent.

In another shot shared to Romeo’s Instagram account, he and his sister shared a sweet embrace as they posed hugging in the street.

The family has been rocked by a very public falling out between Brooklyn and his parents, David, 50, and Victoria, 51, which has since escalated to involve Romeo and Cruz, 20.

David and Victoria’s eldest son and his wife, Nicola Peltz, 30, began to publicly distance themselves from the football family last May after tensions rose following the couple’s decision to miss David’s star-studded 50th birthday bash.

The alleged feud spilled over onto social media when Brooklyn failed to publicly congratulate his dad on his knighthood last month, opting instead to post about Peltz and her family.

The biggest blow to the family was reported to be when the US-based couple returned to the UK for a photoshoot in the spring.

The couple secretly returned to London to shoot a joint campaign for fashion house Moncler, with sources claiming it left David and Victoria “heartbroken” that no contact was made upon their UK return.

The feud escalated this week when Brooklyn failed to attend Harper’s 14th birthday. However, in a rare gesture to his direct family, Brooklyn chose to post a picture of himself and Peltz posing alongside Harper with the caption: “We love you.”

Following the gesture, The Sun has reported that younger brothers Cruz and Romeo have since blocked Brooklyn on social media, despite initial reports claiming it was Brooklyn who’d unfollowed his brothers.

“Even when the family have reached out to Brooklyn they have been ignored,” a source told the Sun. “He’s not had contact for months and it feels clear to them that he doesn’t want to make amends.

“Brooklyn had no idea until he read about it online. It’s possible Romeo and Cruz blocked them, which would make it appear as him no longer following the brothers.”

After news of the rumoured snub broke, Romeo shared Justin Bieber’s new single Walking Away on his Instagram Stories, captioning it “Yup.”, prompting fans to speculate he’s done for good.

The exact source of the feud is disputed, but some sources have claimed it allegedly began back in 2022, when former Spice Girl Victoria fell out with Nicola over the young couple’s lavish wedding.

It’s claimed Nicola refused to let Victoria, the CEO and founder of her own fashion label, design her wedding dress.

The special day took a turn for the worse after Nicola allegedly burst into tears on the dance floor after singer Marc Anthony introduced Victoria as “the most beautiful woman in the room”.

Nicola, the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz, began dating Brooklyn in 2020, and the pair announced their engagement just eight months into their relationship.

In June, Brooklyn hired Harry and Meghan’s lawyer Jenny Afia, who works for the renowned Schillings law firm, which further fuelled rumours.

Brooklyn has not been pictured with his family in public since Boxing Day 2024.

However, David and Victoria have continued to tag Brooklyn in their family-oriented social media posts, including both parents’ posts to Harper for her 14th birthday.
