Gwyneth Paltrow has teamed up with tech company Astronomer after the company’s former CEO and HR director were caught having an affair at a Coldplay concert.
Paltrow, the former wife of the band’s frontman Chris Martin, was seen in a one-minute video promoting the company in an apparent hit back against Coldplay.
The video mocks the events at the concert and the outcry from it, with Paltrow pushing the tech company’s message.
It hilariously writes: “How is your social media team holding out?” before quickly cutting to the actress promoting its brand.
It has received varied responses on social media, with one user saying: “Hiring the ex-wife of the lead Coldplay singer to deliver this message is absolutely savage.”
The video has attracted over 15million views so far on X and nearly 100,000 likes.
Martin and Paltrow were married for over 10 years and have two children together.
The pair separated in 2014 and officially divorced two years later.

Viral footage showed Andy Byron with his arms around HR director Kristin Cabot, who has since resigned.
Martin joked into his microphone: “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just really shy,” before expressing remorse over unintentionally calling them out: “Oh s**t, I hope we didn’t do something bad.”
The footage has been viewed millions of times across social media, with Astonomer using the opportunity to market its company.
Martin reportedly separated from his partner and actress Dakota Johnson recently, with whom he had been with for eight years.
The duo were engaged but pulled the plug in June over rumours the singer had failed to commit to Johnson.
Martin sparked speculation with a cryptic shout-out to Dakota at Coldplay’s Las Vegas show that circled on social media in June.
The singer became visibly emotional during the band’s song Sparks, which fans suspected was about his recent breakup.
