Legendary panel show A League of Their Own is set to be dropped by Sky after 15 years on air.
The broadcaster has announced that the much-loved sports themed entertainment programme will conclude with a special farewell 20th series.
The show will return for “one final glorious” season, to air later this year on Sky Max and NOW, celebrating the show’s legacy.
Host Romesh Ranganathan will return to lead the final series, alongside former footballer team captains Jamie Redknapp and Jill Scott.
Series regular Micah Richards will also feature in the farewell season.

The show was originally hosted by James Corden for the first 13 series before Ranganathan took over in 2021.
Jamie Redknapp has been ever-present since the show’s launch, initially alongside cricket hero Freddie Flintoff who served as opposing captain until Jill Scott replaced him in 2023.
Other regular guests over the years have included Jack Whitehall, Kevin Bishop, Mo Gilligan and former Sky Sports News presenter Georgie Thompson.
Guests have included Premier League legends, Olympic champions, Hollywood A-listers and pop icons.
The programme follows a standard panel quiz format with Red and Blue teams competing for points across three rounds.

Murray Boland, Creative Director at CPL Productions, called the show’s 15-year journey “incredible” and thanked “all the amazing performers, guests and sports stars for all the laughs and inspiration.”

The show has spawned several successful spin-off series during its run, including road trips to America and the Far East.
These adventures featured Jamie Redknapp and other stars getting up to madcap adventures in exotic locations.
The main show has won multiple awards, including two Outstanding Comedy Entertainment Programme Bafta’s in 2014 and 2019 and a nomination in 2013.
Former host James Corden was also nominated for the Most Popular TV Presenter at the National Television Awards in 2017.
